The 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (or MTCN) is a MANDATORY for payout in the Philippines. Thus, if you do not have the MTCN, please contact your SENDER and obtain the MTCN before
attempting to inquire and collect your money transfer. Otherwise, we will be unable to assist you. This will take effect on 28 February 2007.
ALL transctions must be made IN PERSON by you. Western Union forms must be accomplished and signed by you at the time transaction is SENT or RECEIVED
ALL transactions, SEND or RECEIVE, require you to show a VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
Western Union reserves the right to refuse, suspend, delay or cancel a transaction which, it may feel, violates local or international law.
Western Union will pay funds to the Receiver nominated by the Sender as indicated on the "To Send Money" form.
WESTERN UNION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NON-RECEIPT OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES. Once payment is made to the named Receiver, funds cannot be retrieved.
