How to avail a Western Union Gold Card

Requirements:

  • 2 TRANSACTION FORM of 2 completed transactions on western union either TO RECIVE MONEY or TO SEND MONEY transactions.
  • 2 Government issued IDs


    • Step 1: Call the Western Union Customer Service on the phone numbers below and ask for nearest locations where you can avail a Gold Card.:

                Within Metro Manila

    •             Outside Metro Manila

  • 02-888-1200 NDD rate apply
  • 1-800-1-888-1200 toll free via PLDT lines
  • 1-800-9-888-1200 toll free via Globe lines


    • Step 2: Present your 2 government issued IDs & your 2 TRANSACTION FORM to the AGENT.

    Step 3: Fill out the application form for the Western Union Gold Card

    Step 4: Once you completed the application they would give you Your Gold Card

    Step 5: To activate the Gold card you need to call the western union Customer Service again
